How it works
Answer a focused set of questions about the client, problem, technical fit, budget and buying process. The tool weighs those categories, highlights strengths and red flags, and shows how complete the available data is. It does not use names, free-text notes or confidential client information, so the assessment stays quick and structured.
What affects the score
The recommendation changes when the opportunity shows stronger evidence in these areas:
- client, problem and technical fit
- a viable and confirmed budget
- decision-maker involvement
- timeline and buying readiness
- brief quality and scope clarity
- competition and procurement complexity
When to use it
Use it before discovery, estimation, proposal preparation or allocating technical resources. It is especially useful during an early sales conversation when the team needs a shared reason to continue, ask for missing information or politely stop. The result summary can be copied into your CRM, project notes or internal channel without exposing the original answers.
The score supports judgment; it does not replace due diligence or a conversation with the prospective client.
