Privacy and cookie policy
This policy explains what data may be processed when you use MakeBetterCalls, what stays only in your browser and when optional analytics is enabled.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is PIX Karol Kiźliński, ul. Skośna 27, 19-200 Grajewo, Poland, NIP 7191555042. For privacy matters, contact karol@kizlinski.com.
2. How the service and tools work
MakeBetterCalls provides free tools for initial task estimation, lead qualification, project-readiness assessment and pre-release checks. Values entered or selected in the tools are processed locally in your browser. They are not sent to the controller, Google Analytics or advertising providers.
The service does not require registration, does not maintain user accounts and does not provide a contact form. Copying and sharing features use your device or browser. The controller does not receive the copied or shared summary.
3. Technical data and logs
When the website is displayed, the hosting infrastructure may automatically process the IP address, request date and time, requested page address, basic browser and device information, and data needed to keep the service secure. This is used to deliver the website, diagnose errors and protect against abuse.
The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in providing the service securely and reliably — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are retained for the period needed to maintain security and investigate incidents, in accordance with the infrastructure providers’ policies.

Language, appearance, minimum-budget and analytics-choice settings are required to provide features selected by the user. They are covered by the exception in Article 399(3)(2) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law. You can remove them in your browser settings.
5. Optional analytics
After you voluntarily consent, the service enables Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Analytics helps measure page views and basic events such as starting or completing a tool, copying a result or changing language.
Tool answers, entered amounts, result details and the contents of copied summaries are not sent to Google Analytics. The data processed may include a cookie identifier, visited address, event date and time, referral source, browser and device type, and approximate location.
The legal basis for storing optional cookies is consent under Article 399(1) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law, and the legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Refusal does not limit the tools. You can change your consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
More information is available in Google’s information about data from partner sites and Google’s privacy policy.
6. Data recipients and transfers outside the EEA
Technical data may be received by hosting, security and service-maintenance providers, particularly OpenAI and Cloudflare, to the extent needed to operate the website. If analytics is accepted, Google also receives data. Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area under appropriate legal safeguards, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Interactive tools use software libraries delivered through the UNPKG CDN. The provider may receive technical data required to download the files, particularly the IP address and request information. External fonts are provided by Google Fonts. These connections do not include answers or results from the tools.
7. Your rights
To the extent provided by the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, receive a copy, rectify or erase it, restrict processing, receive portable data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
8. Automated calculations
The tools automatically calculate indicative results from the answers provided. These are not decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect the user within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. The result is supportive and leaves the decision to the user.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the service, providers or applicable law changes. The current version is always available at this address.
